It starts by sending a photo of your existing shower screen or space where your new shower screen, mirror or wardrobe is going.

If possible some rough sizes and style of shower screen you have in mind.

From this we can give an initial ballpark figure of costing and what styles maybe available.

From this point if the pricing is within your budget we can arrange an onsite measure, in which we bring brochures and frame colour samples, take exact measurements and confirm pricing, style ,glass type and frame colour selections.

If you decide to proceed, a deposit may be required.

Once received, the screen is ordered and manufactured, this process normally takes around 10 working days.

Once the screen has been manufactured you will be contacted by one of our installers to arrange a suitable a day and time for installation.

If an existing screen is in place, it will be removed and disposed of at the same time the new screen is installed.

If removing your old screen is more involved, two site visits from our installer may be required, which adds a cost (e.g., if you are getting re-grouting or resealing done).

This will be discussed at point of sale (step 2)

Once the new screens have been successfully installed, it is best to wait 24 hours before use to allow the silicone to set.

If it’s your only shower allow a minimum of four hours before use. Do not clean where we have applied silicone around the edges for 2 to 3 days until the silicone has fully cured.

You will receive an invoice via email on completion of installation containing our bank details. You can then make a bank transfer using your invoice number as a reference.

Alternately you can pay by credit card over the phone (no additional charging are incurred if this is your preferred method).
