Authority under Privacy Act 1988 (as amended). Notice of disclosure of the Buyers Credit Information to a Credit Reporting Agency.

Budget Shower Screens informs the applicant (in accordance with section 18e (8) (c) of the Privacy Act) (“The Act”), and the applicant acknowledges, that items of personal information about the applicant (including information in this application and information arising through the conduct of the account), and permitted to be kept on a credit information file, might be disclosed to a credit reporting agency. The applicant irrevocable and specifically agrees:

a) For the purposes of Sections 18K (1) (b) and 18K (1) (h) of “The Act”, that a credit reporting agency may disclose personal information from the applicant and for the purpose of the collection of payment that is overdue in respect of credit provided by Budget Shower Screens.

The buyer agrees that payment of the account will be made within seven (7) days or as advised by Budget Shower Screens.

The buyer agrees that in the event their payment is in default, the buyer indemnifies Budget Shower Screens against all its collection costs and legal costs/expenses as a result of the matter being referred out to a mercantile/collections agent and or solicitor for recovery.

The buyer acknowledges that it is Budget Shower Screens policy to list a default with the Credit Reporting Agency if the debt is unpaid. This will remain in effect for five (5) years and may affect any future credit.

The ownership of all goods and materials supplied by Budget Shower Screens shall not pass to the buyer and will always remain the property of Budget Shower Screens until all goods supplied by Budget Shower Screens are paid for by the buyer.

Further in consideration of the above mentioned terms, the buyer authorises Budget Shower Screens and/or its authorised agents to enter upon the buyers premises or its customers premises, and whilst in the buyers possession or control and retake possession of products for which payment has not been received by Budget Shower Screens whether such products are in their original or altered form or admixed with any other product of the buyer and any other party.

The price is subject to sizes and specifications. Any variation thereto will be charged at rates in force as at the date of the order. The above details are correct and this order is not subject to any verbal agreement between Budget Shower Screens and/or its representative thereof and the purchaser.

This quotation is held firm for thirty (30) days only.

Removal of shower screens, mirrors and/or robe doors are at the owners risk.

Shower screens are fitted to the inside edge of the hob as per Australian Standards.
